I am very sorry to inform you of the terrible news of the passing of our batchmate Fred Spittel's wife. I don't know of the details. I heard it from Fred when he attended the funeral of his brother in law Rienzie Perera yesterday, half a day after his wife passed away.

Dear Sir /Madam /Colleagues,

It is with regret that we inform the demise of Retd. Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr Rienzie Pieris.

His remains will lie at the residence from Sunday (16th December), afternoon onwards -  90, D.S. Senanayaka Mawatha, Borella, Colombo 10.
.

Funeral will be held on Tuesday, 18th December 2018. Time will be notified in due course.
