sorry
for not responding sooner after my meeting with the two of you. I was
not only busy till our daughter & family left but was also struck
down with a nasty chest infection which I am still trying to get over.
our
son's personal assistant here will do the requesting of price
quotations from the hotels but we need to give him the tentative
programme and options for hotels.
Attached is a
copy of the tentative programme that I plan to give him so that they
can go ahead with getting quotations. Please go through it and also if
necessary consult with Jayalath and others and let me know in the next
few days.

Question:
What
about payment for the one man band? – Is it to be built into the cost of dinner / dance and priced
per head so that those not staying overnight but staying only for the dinner
know what the cost is. How are they to pay? – On registration with a separate
token for dinner?
