Dear Guys,

Please have a look at this letter. The letter is addressed the Chairman of NMK which manufactures Marina coconut products but the sponsorship part would apply to all those will to chip in with donations. another alternative is to acknowledge sponsor giving 5 or 10 thousand with 1/2 or full page in the "song book" or souvenir to be published. For which a "dummy" will be needed.

Dear Assa.

Good  start.

I feel  silver  sponsorship  should be  at  least  Rs 25000.00.  allowing  only  a  banner for  display.

The presentation for  Platinum  sponsor  be  cut  down to  10  minuites.

Rs  15000.00 is  charcoal.  Not  worth considering.
