Ms. Umaiyal Ramakrishnan of Las Vega Nevada is celebrating her birthday by donating ten wheel chairs to the Jaffna Jaipur Center for Disability Rehabilitation. Dr. Mrs. J Ganeshamoorthy, its Hon. Chairperson is handing over the wheel chairs, which were manufactured locally adding to the local economy.
