1. We are yet to receive a sum of Rs. 50,000 for two advertisements (Bank of Ceylon, Colombo Rs.25,000

and Globe Group of Companies Rs. 25,000) given by Buddhi Kaluarachchi.

2. Group Photograph: Total collection (41 x 1000/=) Rs. 41,000 Paid to Photographer (42 copies x 850/=) Rs. 31,500 Balance returned by Nana Rs. 9,500

3. Lunch on 07/07/18: Total collection from 80 adults & 3 children (@ Rs. 3500) was Rs. 285,250.00.

The full amount (Rs. 285,250.00) was paid to Hotel in cash. (Receipt No. 175678).

4. Please note that this is not the final statement of accounts. The final balance will be notified after we

receive all payments.
