Booking  of  Hotel  Rooms

Dear Assa.

Now that we have almost completed our task of organising the Re Union , it is time to write to the membership about the manner of makings reservations of Hotel Rooms.

Please get in touch with the person handling hotel accomodation , to advise us on.

1. Whom to contact in the Hotel. Whether by e mail , or telephone.

2.. Method of payment of the Booking advance. Use of Credit Cards will be convenient.

3. The date before which the Bookings have to be made.

4. Refund Policy of the Hotel..

I have a list of names of those who requested Hotel Rooms , on 6^th July &, 7^th July. There is one for 8^th July as well.

I can forward this to you , when required. This list may be given to the Hotel through your assistant , if necessary , so that the Hotel may grant concessions promised , to all who contact the Hotel directly through Internet.

I am copying t his to all in the Organiser Group ., for comments & suggesstions.

I think this message has to reach our membership before the end of this month.

Contents noted. hope to talk to my son's PA this evening once she gets back from an overseas assignment. Are we planning any sort of "conference" or talks for which a multimedia projector etc. are needed.

The Hotel says:

Multimedia Projector & Screen   : Lkr 6500/- Nett per projector per day. 

The following conference facilities will be offered with the package                                            
•        Fully Air Conditioned Meeting Room with Free Wi-Fi Access
•        Magi Board, Flip Charts 
•        Note Books, Pencils
•        Water Bottles, Table Mints
•        Microphones, including one cordless and a clip-on
•        DVD / CD player
