Philip V.   tells    me  of  two  persons  from  Jaffna   ,

One is  Sivapatham   ,  and  other  whose  name  escapes  his  memory

is  a son  of  the Principal  of  Skanda  varodya  college.

Do you  have  any  idea  where  they  are???.
