Dear  Assa.
      

Up to  date ,  there  have  been  responses  from  28   individuals.

I  am sure  there will be  several  more  , specially  from  UK.

So  far  the  Rooms  to be  booked  are  as  follows.

For  the  7th  July:   singles  -  5

                                Doubles  -16

                                Triples       6.
            

      for    6th July     Doubles   5

                                Triples      2

     for   the   8th.      Doubles    1

So  far  the  Hotel  will  sell  in excess of   35  rooms 

Number  of  Dinners  for  the  Gala event   will be more  than  55.

You  can  give  all this  information to the  lady  negoiating  with  the  hotel.

Remember ,  there  are  some  more to book in.
