As sugested by  you  ,  i will   circulate  the  membership  the  info.

I feel  that  the  notice  also  will have  to  clearly  instruct  how  to  book   the  Hotel  Rooms  .

The  participants  will  have  to  do  that  directly  with  the  Hotel  staff.   It  will  be  good   if  we  can  get  direct  access  to one  or  two 

Staff members  with  their  telephone  numbers , emails  etc    so  that  our  batch  mates deal  with  them.

What  do  you  think.?

Why don't you go ahead and circulate the membership on the basis of the quoted prices:

Day affair                                      - Rs. 3500/- per head

Dinner dance                                - Rs. 6000/- inclusive of charges for Band

Wine and hard liquor corkage will be waived off , beer , soft drink and bites should be purchased from the hotel.

Room rates for Bed & Breakfast   - 

Single occupancy room BB   –  LKR 15000 Nett/per night

Double occupancy room BB –  LKR 18000 Nett/per night

Triple occupancy room BB  –   LKR 20500 Nett/per night
