Thanks.

I agree  with  the   format   and  the  contents of  the  reply  Form.

There  are  practical  difficulties  , I  think.

The  recipient  will  have  to  down load  ,  fill in  the  spaces  first.

Then it  has to  be  saved  into  some  folder  in  the   computer.

Then it  will  have  to  be  sent  back  to  us  as  an  attachment.

Then  I  will  have  to  download  it.   Read   its  contents  , fill up  the   specifics  on  to   some  kind  of   tabulated   Register.

This  is   a  lot  of  work.....

I am  trying  to  think  of  an  easy  way  out.
