Dear Batchmates.

Please  read  the  attachment  to  this  e mail .  It  explains  the  current  position  regarding  the  arrangements  for the  Re Union  2018.

Please  supply  the  following  details , regarding   your  attendance   of  the  Re Union meeting ,   as soon  as  possible.

This information will help us  to  re- negotiate with  the   Hotel  , and try to  bring  down  their  charges.

Information  Requested.

1. Name.

2. Attendance:   ( choose one. Will attend  / Not  Sure / Def.- NO

3. Spouse : Will attend.  /  Will NOT attend.

4. Will attend  :   Day Sessions  only /   Day  + Dinner  & Dance

5. Hotel Rooms :   Needed. / NOT  needed.

6.              If  needed    Single / Double /Triple

The  above  is  the  basic information required.

TIP.   You may find it  easy to  highlight from Name  downwards, copy on to  the  clipboard ,  then  open the  reply  window , paste ,   and  re  adjust  the  info.  And  Send back.

For  users  of  iphones  and  tabs  this  procedure  may  be  difficult.   They  will have to  re  write  the  info  in  the  reply  window.

Could you all if possible arrange car Pooling to & from Colombo to Hotel. we can pay for Gas etc:

Will the Breakfast be includes with the room -B&B ?

3. Will do everything to Attend. 

4. Attend- Day,Dinner/Dance &  ? Breakfast.

5. Hotel Rooms- Needed.
