Dear  Batchmates.

We  are  happy  to announce  that  the  Batch Re Union  , will  take  place  on the  7^th  July 2018 , as scheduled.

Due  to  unforeseen  circumstances , we  had  to  change  the   Venue  to  JET WING LAGOON , NEGOMBO.       Sorry   !

Following  is a description of  the  methods  available  for  you  to reserve  Hotel Rooms  and  making  payments  for  same.

There  are  3  methods  available  to  you.      You  may  choose  the  one  that  suits you  best.

Please  note  that the  payments  will have  to  be  made  before  30^th April 2018.  Our  advise  is  to  attend  to it  early  to  avoid  disappointment  , specially  the  ones  who  have  not  given names to  us  so far.    7^th July   is  a  popular  week end  in Negombo  with  a big demand  for  hotel rooms.

Calculation  of  the Cost  of  the  Hotel Room

This has  to  be made  by  you ,on  HALF BOARD basis  (Room ,Dinner,Breakfast) ,   at following  special rates,  applicable  for  a  Single  day.

Single  Room                      Rs 17,000.00

Double Room                    Rs  22,00 0.00

Triple  Room                       Rs 27,000.00

Having  worked  out  the  total cost  of  your stay  ,you may  follow  one  of  the  methods of  payment   given under , that  suits  you  best , to  complete  the  process.

Cancellation Policy of  the  Hotel

Before 14 days from date of arrival - 100% of the value of the booking will be charged by the hotel
      Before 21 days from date of arrival - 50% of the value of the booking  will be charged by the hotel and balance 50% will be refunded to the customer.
      Before 28 days from date of arrival - 25% of the value of the booking  will be charged by the hotel and balance 75% will be refunded to the customer.
