There
had been several complaints fro our Batch mates , of non
receipt of the attachment sent by me in the previous mail.

place on the 7th July 2018 , as scheduled.
Due to unforeseen
circumstances , we had to
change the Venue
to JET WING LAGOON , NEGOMBO. Sorry

Following is a
description of the methods
available for you to
reserve Hotel Rooms and
making payments for
same.
There are 3 methods available to you. You may choose the one that suits you best.

30th April 2018.
Our advice is
to attend to it
early to avoid
disappointment , especially the
ones who have
not given names to us so
far. 7th July is a popular week end in Negombo with a big
demand for hotel rooms.
Calculation of the Cost of the Hotel Room
This has to be made
by you ,on HALF BOARD basis (Room ,Dinner, Breakfast) , at following
special rates, applicable for
a Single day.

Having worked out
the total cost of
your stay ,you may follow

Cancellation Policy of
the Hotel
Before 14 days from date of arrival - 100% of the value of the
booking will be charged by the hotel
Before 21 days from date of arrival - 50% of the value of the booking will be charged by the hotel and balance 50% will be refunded to the customer.
Before 28 days from date of arrival - 25% of the value of the booking will be charged by the hotel and balance 75% will be refunded to the customer.
Before 21 days from date of arrival - 50% of the value of the booking will be charged by the hotel and balance 50% will be refunded to the customer.
